Your Service Partner Service Terms

Effective date: September 28, 2026

These terms apply to one time tasks, introductory tasks, service coordination, local support and other services requested through Your Service Partner.

1. First Task and Winter 2026 Introductory Offer

The standard $29 plus GST First Task fee is an administrative task initiation fee. Through November 15, 2026, new business customers may request a one-time $9.99 plus GST introductory coordination task using code WINTER999. One introductory redemption per customer/business; eligibility is checked before acceptance. This limited promotional task covers an initial intake review and reasonable first outreach to up to two suitable independent providers, subject to availability. Extra sourcing, multiple sites, repeated follow-up or project management require separate approval and pricing. The promotion does not pay for snow removal or other contractor services. It covers Your Service Partner reviewing one clearly defined request, beginning the administrative work required to move it forward, and providing initial sourcing, calls, scheduling support or follow up as reasonably appropriate to the request.

2. Non refundable once work begins

Because Your Service Partner incurs administrative time and operating costs as soon as a task is accepted and work begins, the First Task fee is non refundable once Your Service Partner has started administrative work on the request, except where a refund is required by applicable law. If Your Service Partner declines the request before beginning work, the fee will be refunded.

3. No guaranteed outcome

The task fee pays for Your Service Partner’s administrative support and effort. It does not guarantee that a particular provider will be available, that a quotation will be received by a particular time, that a service provider will accept the work, or that a requested outcome can be completed.

4. Third party costs are separate

Contractor, supplier, trade, material, delivery, permit, parking and other third party costs are not included in the YSP task fee unless clearly stated otherwise. The customer remains responsible for approving third party costs before they are incurred.

5. Independent providers

Where an independent service provider is required, that provider remains responsible for its own assessment, quotation, licensing, permits, safety, labour, workmanship, warranties and performance. Your Service Partner does not guarantee the workmanship or performance of independent providers.

6. Scope of one task

A standard task is one clearly defined request for one business, property or location. Requests involving multiple locations, extensive sourcing, multiple quotations, repeated follow up, site attendance or project management may require additional pricing. Your Service Partner will explain any additional fee before proceeding beyond the agreed scope.

7. Local visits

Any YSP Local Visit is a visual attendance and reporting service only unless otherwise agreed in writing. It is not a building inspection, engineering inspection, code inspection, safety inspection or professional technical assessment.

8. Customer information and access

The customer is responsible for providing accurate contact, property, access and task information and for ensuring that any requested access to a property or business location is authorized.

Monthly services and cancellation

Monthly service plans require an agreed written service agreement before work begins. The agreement confirms the scope, coverage zone, visit limits, fees and designated authorized contacts. Either party may cancel ongoing monthly service by giving 30 calendar days’ written notice, subject to any specific signed agreement and applicable law. Work already completed, approved third-party charges and services scheduled during the notice period remain payable as the agreement provides. One-time services are separately quoted.

Work orders and document handling

Where authorized, we can record appointment attendance, help collect work-order signatures, arrange document delivery and provide photographs or factual confirmations of a visit. We do not provide sworn commissioning, notarization or legal attestations unless a separately qualified and properly appointed professional is engaged and approved.

9. Acceptance

By purchasing a task or submitting a paid request, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted these Service Terms.
