What could you hand over today?

You do not need a long list or a monthly commitment to ask for help. Start with a specific arrangement, follow-up or appointment. Here is how an agreed assignment can work.

“The technician is coming while I am at work.”

You hand over: The appointment window, provider contact and authorized access instructions.

We handle: Agreed attendance and access, then send requested photos and a factual update. Attendance windows and any additional waiting time are agreed in advance.

“I have asked for that update twice already.”

You hand over: The service request, contact details and the answer you need.

We handle: Agreed follow-ups, a record of responses and an update on outstanding next steps. You approve changes and spending; third-party response times remain outside our control.

“I need to see what is happening at my property.”

You hand over: The location, authorized access and the areas you want photographed.

We handle: A scheduled visit, dated photos and factual observations. You receive a useful record of what was visible, rather than a technical inspection or certification.

“I want to take time off without losing track of requests.”

You hand over: Your dates, an agreed enquiry channel, coverage hours and escalation instructions.

We handle: Agreed enquiry monitoring and appointment arrangements, with updates during the scheduled coverage. Decisions outside your instructions come back to you.

“I have work to win and no time for the administration.”

You hand over: Existing estimates to follow up, onboarding requirements or an RFQ document list and deadline.

We handle: The agreed follow-up or document coordination, track missing information and prepare the next steps for your review. You retain control of pricing, commitments and final submissions.

“My family needs arrangements made while I am busy.”

You hand over: The household task, relevant contacts and the permissions of the people involved.

We handle: Agreed calls, scheduling and household service arrangements, with a clear update on what is booked and what remains outstanding.

Keep the people you already trust.

You can use your existing contractors and service providers. Think of us as practical personal assistant support for the coordination and attendance around their work. You remain in charge of property, business and family decisions.

Know what happened and what comes next.

Depending on the assignment, your update includes who we contacted or met, responses received, relevant photographs, outstanding items and decisions needed from you. We distinguish an attendance record or visible observation from confirmation by a qualified provider that technical work is complete.

Ready to hand something over? Send the task, location, deadline and any appointment window. We confirm availability, scope, price and the update you will receive before starting. Recurring requests can be assessed for an appropriate monthly plan; extra work and outside costs require approval.
