Service Arrangements & Coordination

Have something that needs sorting out? We can help find a suitable option, arrange the agreed next steps and follow through on a defined task.
Examples include service arrangements, delivery coordination and outstanding property or business matters.
Up to 3 defined coordination assignments within 10 working hours per month.
Local Site Visits & Progress Updates
$399/month
Can’t be at the property or job site? We can attend an approved location, take photographs of agreed areas and send a clear update.
Useful for construction progress, renovations, vacant spaces, snow removal condition photos and appointment attendance.
4 scheduled visits per month, up to 45 minutes on-site each, in an agreed Edmonton coverage zone.
Complete Local Support
$649/month
Need arrangements made and someone local to attend when required? Have both services through one point of contact.
Includes up to 3 coordination assignments within 10 working hours, plus 4 scheduled visits of up to 45 minutes each per month.
Need help only once? Ask us about a one-time service. All prices are in Canadian dollars before tax. Additional travel, time and third-party services require approval.

Serving Edmonton, Sherwood Park, Leduc, Beaumont, St. Albert and nearby communities. Calgary requests are reviewed individually.
We provide agreed arrangements, appointment attendance, photographs and factual updates. We do not supervise trades, certify construction work, guarantee snow removal, provide security patrols or perform regulated property management. All visits require proper access and safety arrangements.
