Coordination fee policy
Once Your Service Partner accepts a request and our team begins the coordination work, the fee is non refundable. This fee pays for the time we spend reviewing the request, preparing the details, contacting contractors, documenting responses and following up. The fee does not depend on whether a contractor is available, visits the property, provides a quote, accepts the job or completes the work.
If we decline the request before we begin coordination, we will return the payment. This policy does not limit any rights that cannot legally be excluded.

You choose the contractor and pay the contractor directly.
Your Service Partner
We contact providers and help with communication. We are not the contractor, emergency responder, insurer or guarantor.
Independent contractor
The contractor controls its availability, site assessment, pricing, work details, licensing, insurance, permits, safety, staffing, workmanship, attendance and warranties.
Your organization
You review the provider, approve the work and price, enter the service agreement and pay the contractor directly.
